This particular location is right on the way out of Nashville and depending which way you come to it is a bit tricky to get in an out to Hillsboro Pike. Besides that, it is your typical McDonalds with the new modern layout, electronic ordering stations, and even a kids playground inside. I'm going for the $1 iced tea. I tried the pumpkin and the cream cake today. It was good if you like pumpkin.

When I arrived, there was only me and another cartridge in the restaurant. The woman in the register waited for the customer before me, then went away and never came back. She helped drive through and never returned. Another young lady comes out of her back as if she just crawled out of bed, and when she took my order, she had absolutely no enthusiasm. Customer service needs a lot of work! In view of the fact that there was a man (who I assumed was the manager) there in shirt and tie, which commanded orders, and never those now addressed four customers in the lobby were not waited. Second worst experience in a Mc'Donald's to date!

I came here to get a happy meal for my daughter. It says masks are required on the door, and I observed multiple customers come in here without a mask and place orders. I noticed an employee with no mask in the kitchen and another one with no gloves. Then the employee with no gloves proceeded to make my daughter's happy meal after she took cash from a gentleman with no gloves. When I addressed it, she got mad and threw the apple juice for my daughter's happy meal. I ended up asking a gentleman in dress attire (with a mask and gloves) to prep my order, and he's the only reason I'm even giving this restaurant 3 stars.
