Baskin-robbins - Hermitage

I recently ordered a custom ice cream cake from Cake Baker / Decorator for my mother's luau themed birthday. I requested some color modifications and provided my own decorations. When I picked up the cake, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it was. Not only was it visually appealing, but it tasted delicious as well. The combination of pudding, ice cream, and cake layers was a hit with everyone at the party. My mother was thrilled with her birthday cake!

I adore this place because it combines my love for Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. The staff there are so friendly that I have even developed friendships with some of them.

I loved the attention from the young lady who made my husband the best strawberry shake. She apologized for the wait since there were other customers ahead of us. She was friendly and polite, and overall it was a great experience.

This place was a complete error. I'll never be here again. the service was terrible. If I were the owner, I would seriously think of doing something retraining. ordered a banan gap got only two pots of ice because they do not have the right container, no hot fudge no nuts a cherry and still loaded full price. then my friend ordered a shake told the girl what he wanted to get the job back, then got the wrong ice

After waiting on the drive-dru menu to place my order, I decided to go into the window, just to be met by an rude young lady who told me that I went back and order her in the menu. that was even after I told her everything I wanted was 1 milkshake. of course, I didn't go back thru, because I had more fears before I hired her to face her again in the window. not sure who manages this filiale, but perhaps be a good idea in which they run to look at their business, because I will drive all the way to smyrna next time before they have back to this location due to the rudeness and lack of communication some of these employees.
