I usually love jack in the box but today my family picked me up something to eat and i got an iced coffee boba and the boba is so hard i cant even bite into it. it made the whole drink awful. absolutely

My drink was not filled up all the way asked kindly if they can fill the drink up and the employee just stared at me, I paid 5 bucks for the drink and was not satisfied of it , my order came out weong 30 bucks down the drain!
