What Tiffany T doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
Poor quality of produce and management. I came in to redeem my points for a free chicken basket. Their scanner wasn't working to redeem my points. I alternivly orders the 7 buck lunch cheese burger. The lettuce was old the tomato was not that fresh. The burger tasted like greese. This isn't the first time I've eaten here and the quality has been low. I don't get my points either for the . I did spend. View all feedback. What Donna S likes about Dairy Queen:
We walked over from the hotel and got ice cream cones. My husband loves the chocolate dipped cones, and I get the plain cone. The ice cream appeared softer than normal, but it could be because of the heat. It was around 99 degrees when we walked over. The ice cream was very good. View all feedback.

The recent experiences at the local Dairy Queen in Hermiston, Oregon, have left patrons feeling underwhelmed. Long wait times paired with incorrect orders, such as forgotten desserts and unwanted toppings, have marred the overall experience. Disappointment also arose over the quality of iconic treats like the peanut buster parfait, with many noting a lack of essential ingredients. Additionally, concerns about cleanliness—specifically, the grill's greasy residue—have been raised. While some visitors enjoyed their ice cream in hot weather, the inconsistencies in service and food quality suggest that improvements are necessary to regain customer trust and satisfaction.
