Friendly service, but it has a very early 2000s corporate feel and taste. Food was prepared well but had that out of the box/bag feel and taste. The food quality has dropped in the last several years I'm guessing to keep prices reasonable. But most people will enjoy the food and service was great and Friendly so there is a lot to say about that. View all feedback.
What Jessica Walczak doesn't like about Outback Steakhouse:
The worst service I've had. Had to ask for silverware and straws twice. after my son got his salad. then stake was over cooked. Asked for water with lemon, that came with limes and asked for more water with lemon nit lime. well she came back with the water with the limes still in the bottom of the cup but got that lemon in there and to top it all off was wonderful when she rolled her eyes at me. Sat for 20 minutes and never even saw a waitress for a drink order. Left and will never be back.
Wheelchair accessibility: It works really well for a wheelchair to have enough space
The food is good, the atmosphere is awesome but I do not enjoy being called 'honey ' by the waitress. I do not recall her name, but thus this the 2nd time I 've been in with my grandson and had the same waitress. I had asked her to please not call me honey last visit, but today she did it again. I am 71 years old....it is NOT a compliment!
