The only downside was receiving a speeding ticket from a police officer in Hermann. As we left Reserve Cellars and headed towards town, we were having a good time until we were pulled over for speeding. It was a bit of a surprise and not something you would want to happen during a tourist event. It doesn't give a good impression for the city to be handing out tickets during a public event.

Don't miss out on the trolley ride - the drivers are super knowledgeable and really enhance the experience. They sang along with us and shared interesting information about each stop. The small town is charming, with fantastic bed and breakfasts and shops that you could spend days exploring. Sugar Mommas bakery serves the most delicious pie I've ever had! Be sure to also check out the chocolate candy shop and the cheese and sausage store. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would happily return every day!
