One of the cozy businesses on the market of Herk-de-Stad. They've got nice ice creams, but also coffees and more. They've got some tables inside, but outside, there's a larger terrace with multiple tables. The businessmen are also very kind.
Just because of the best coffee surrounded, friendly service. All tops. The homemade drinks are outside category.
Super chill, delicious coffee and homemade rice pie at top!
