Very friendly pizzeria right at the beginning of the Heringsdorf Pier. Good pizza!

We went there on 30 July 2020. It looked beautiful from the outside, so we came in and wanted to have a nice 3 generation family. First, when we ordered that we were laughed to not understand what beer was normal, as one on the menu was a Shandy and another was an ale, even in the translation it was not clear. We ordered 4 pizzas and my partner who can't eat gluten was told that they had only one thing (Brukkolisuppe) that didn't have gluten (despite it served with a bread roll) this was disappointing. Shouldn't that be modern? Next, the pizzas were HORRIBLE. They had terrible prefabricated bases, with FROZEN, TINNED sauce with about 25g or cheese. My kids couldn't even eat a piece of pizza. Just in case I and my partner tried them and they were terrible. I'm not a fussy person, and when I was 30 years old I complained in a restaurant in my life today (at 36 countries). The pizza was terrible. The soup was terrible. The beer was terrible. The service was terrible. When I told the manager I'm lying! He told us we were stupid and it's a good pizza and we don't know what we're talking about! He even came back 5 minutes after we told him we were not happy to say (word for word) if your children don't like it, you need to give them more ketchup. What a rude, disgusting man. What a terrible restaurant. After that I paid €50.60 and they only refunded €7.80 for the terroble service. When we were gone. He followed us and smashed the menu he wore to another table, and said in German f*k the English pigs. What a terrible experience. If you are a potential customer, please avoid this place or you will be abused in the same way as we were.

Mal eben eine lecker Pizza für Kind und Kegel ist hier nicht. Pizzen einfach fast schon ekelhaft im Geschmack, dafür viel zu teuer und der Kellner gibt zu wenig Restgeld zurück. Da sollten einige nochmal in Lehre gehen - Koch/Pizzabäcker und Servicekräfte.

Hohe Preise für TK essen in Portionen, die nicht mal einem Kind genügen würden. Das Personal hat keine große Lust nett zu sein. Außer der perfekten Lage gibt es keinen Grund dort zu Essen.

Niestety zwiodły nas włoskie rozmowy w kuchni. Pizze były bardzo średnie. Dość krótki czas podania sugeruje przygotowane wcześniej ciasto. Ceny jak w polskich kurortach a 3 gwiazdki za dobą sałatkę z owocami morza. Inaczej było by ledwo 2. Aha nie polecam pizzy z gumowym pepperoni :(
