Rincon De La Mancha - Herencia

If you want to visit the real Spain, the area that is both historical and amazingly friendly, you must include Herencia in your travels! About a one hour drive south of Toledo, we arrived in my mom 's ancestral homeland during the beautiful month of July, 2022. What we lacked in pre-travel knowledge of maneuvering through the area we made up with the amazing generosity and friendliness of the people. So many residents literally stopped their work and lead us in their vehicles to places we had difficulty locating. From the windmill dotted hills that inspired Cervantes ' Don Quixote to the acres of olive orchards and grape vineyards, the area has no shortage of sites to see. Since our goal was learning more about mom 's ancestors, we stayed focus on that goal. We absolutely loved the Iglesia ... the Catholic church which seemed to be the final destination of each of the city 's street. The dining at this wonderful restaurant, Ristaurante Rincon De La Mancha was a wonderful culinary delight. The staff were so helpful and choosing from their Prefixed menu allowed us to try seafood, pork, and beef with both appetizers and entres. The wine was delicious and the addition of sparkling wine to the vino tinto added additional delight for the palate which we had not tried before. The cappuccino and desserts were wonderful final touches. Perhaps the best surprise was the final check. Our reasonably priced experience of quality and flavor and friendliness did not break our budget! I am hopeful that the pastor and deacon, whom we met at the Iglesia, has had some luck in finding more of our ancestors in their ledgers from the ancient cemetery records. We await hearing from them and look forward to learning more. We also hope to return to Herencia soon. Enjoy it all!

Como sitio de menú, es un sitio estupendo, todo está rico por un precio razonable, así que si despues tienes que seguir currando, es el mejor sitio de Herencia.
