A di... read more Despite the reservation confirmation, the hotel is closed. Hotel is a pure construction site that stands still. Phone turned off and nobody can be reached. A disaster these days. Unfortunately, Google would delete the comment if I let my feelings run free. Absolute disaster!

Frame: 7 10 (by the time the work is finished otherwise 10 10) Reception Service: 9 10 Very welcoming, knowledgeable staff. A small lack of bathrobe in the room but the reception was very responsive and in 3min we had them in the room. Flat: 10 10 I had read quite negative comments about the food in the restaurant but I didn't understand them, everything was good, they even warned that my wife was pregnant and that you had to be careful with the cooking of the dishes. Value for money: 9 10 The prices are correct, let's not forget that we are in Switzerland and also in the mountains. Equipment: 8 10 The equipment of the room is correct, small problem to close the door of the bathroom, in couple no problem but in other situations it can become annoying. Bedding: 8 10 Comfortable bedding, the bed is large, but mattress a little too firm for my taste. Room: 9 10 In general the room is in a rustic chic style which I appreciate very much, the rest of the hotel is also in this style. Additional services: 7 10 Small disappointment regarding the breakfast, the staff was not really welcoming and compared to some photos of what we had seen before coming there was a lot of food missing. Value for money: 10 10 Good value for money, to see if the prices will increase as soon as the work is finished or if the prices charged are already the final ones. We found the staff to be kind and accommodating, and they all were able to convers... read more We stayed at the Eringer for nearly a week and were very happy with our stay. We found the staff to be kind and accommodating, and they all were able to converse in English which we appreciated. The scenery is unbelievable, and the panorama room had a great balcony to soak it in. It’s true there is substantial construction at the site currently, fortunately we didn’t feel like it impacted our stay. The rooms themselves were well appointed. The breakfast was excellent and the staff attentive. The pools are also top notch, which will only improve with the completion of the spa. We would absolutely return. Thanks to all.

We parked in the underground... read more Damaged car in hotel garage ! Nice stay overall even if the staff are clearly all a bit inexperienced but be careful in the garage! We parked in the underground/covered hotel parking expecting our car to be safe and sound but something had dripped from the ceiling and stripped the paint off the car. Unfortunately the hotel has ignored our emails alerting them to this problem in their garage, so other cars and guests could suffer the same damage. Not sure if it's acid or maybe some sort of leak of a construction material, but it's not great. We're going to have to take it to the carroserie and pay for it to be repaired. update After three emails and two phone calls over a two week period with no response, it's clear that the hotel is not going to reply. I took the car to get fixed at a carrosserie my cost , who said the damage was caused by a calcaire/calcium deposit. It wouldn't haven much for the hotel to respond though. Real shame. Be careful where you park at the hotel!
