it was boring and we made the black white trail. this was an ideal place to stop for refreshments. Sunday dinners were served, but we had only teacakes and tassen tee. so thoughtful. an additional tea bag to add the pot with the hot water. service with a smile and so many books for sale. My relatives experienced a flat tire and arrived long after closing time, but we were ecstatic that the restaurant was still able to provide food for the hungry travelers! The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly.
Adorable and convenient Post Office with a delightful cafe in a beautiful Herefordshire village. Kind, friendly, helpful staff. What more could you ask?
This charming and welcoming village pub is run by the friendly landlord, Ewan. We had the misfortune of breaking down outside the pub on a rainy evening, but Ewan went above and beyond by opening the kitchen for us to enjoy some hot food. The service was truly fantastic and we highly recommend this pub.
Wonderful experience, lovely attentive people. Had my Mother's Wake there and the staff pulled put all the stops. Have been back since and love the place. The staff really make the place worth visiting time and time again. If I could give them 10 stars I would ! Richard.
A quaint café with a bookshop and bar, this is a great spot to stop and relax while traveling into Wales. The unique book shelving table area in the center is a particularly nice touch that guests will surely appreciate.
