This was a stop off point my family ate and enjoyed but I didn't so can't state the food but they all seemed to enjoy it, staff were lovely even though it seemed very busy Service: 5
Treated family for Sunday lunch. Roasts terrific with plenty of meat on your plate as well as several choices. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking and rest rooms available.

Best pub food in Hereford. I go to the bay horse rather a lot, and I have never been disappointed with the service or food. The staff are always so friendly and can’t do enough for you. The food, as well as dessert are always gorgeous. Can tell that a lot of time and thought goes into each dish. Highly recommend! Service: 5 Location: 5
Stopped at the Bay Horse Inn on 26 October 2023 as part of a Churches Conservative Trust tour. Good and friendly service, perfectly acceptable buffet lunch. Nice decor Service: 5 Location: 5
