The service at this location was quite disappointing. I waited about 10 minutes without any staff approaching me, even though there were four employees just standing by, seemingly overlooking me. I also requested plates, but they never delivered them.
I rarely write reviews, but I’m baffled by their advertised closing time of 9 PM when they actually close earlier. I got there at 8:53 PM, but at least the staff was polite. Still, it was quite frustrating.
Very disappointed this location didn't have Nashville hot flavor. They were out of white meat also. Spicy chicken sandwich was ok though.
Terrible place to stop. Drive thru has obstacles. Beware it will ruin your day. Kfc you need to fix these bumpers. You will be hearing from my legal team
