I stopped by for lunch and found the pub to be quite charming, featuring a cozy log fire and friendly locals to chat with. I ordered the steak and ale pie with sweet potatoes and chips. The dish was delightful, and the baked goods were heavenly. I also enjoyed a pint of Ledbury real ale, which was excellent. View all feedback.

Very busy, but it was a party. buffet was nice. quiches were very tasty and the baked was not thick. Sausage rolls were very good and the desserts were as good as they looked! if it was as good as this in a normal night, I would get a visit. beautiful publuc house in a quiet village
Very last minute booking for a late weekday evening, and was accomodated in the resturant by the bar staff who went the extra mile to see we were looked after. Was greeted in the bar by the very friendly locals and had two brilliant steaks cooked exactly how we like it. Will definitely be returning again, great pub with a brilliant atmosphere.
Superb traditional pub with good beer, cider and perry on draft and with excellent food available at all sessions.
What a lovely traditional local pub! We dined here for Sunday dinner, and the portions were generous and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the lamb—it was outstanding. The treacle toffee was also a delightful treat. We can’t wait to come back!
