Excellent quality and service!

The staff at the hotel are polite and attentive. The breakfast is excellent and the waiters ensure that your coffee cup is always full. However, the rooms are a bit disappointing. The carpets have a musty smell and the beds are just okay. The rooms do have necessary amenities like an ironing board and in-room coffee. The bathroom is modern and the showers are enjoyable. The location is convenient, near the main highway, and there is a large supermarket across the street. Be sure to use the crosswalk at the light for safety when heading to the supermarket.

The hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise, as it was the first time the reviewer experienced this in Costa Rica. Guests can receive assistance with their luggage to and from their room, and there is a shuttle service to and from the airport. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the internet quality is good. The reviewer enjoyed their stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
