Central America McDonald's are different than USA Americans. There is chicken drum stick and thigh on the menu. There is a pastry shop inside that sells multi layered chocolate cake. The place is spotless and there are many employees to make sure there is never a line. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's Pirro:
The food and service are decent. The problem is the cleanliness of the eating area. I had a a bird jump on my food tray, the tables were dirty and this was at breakfastime. The bathrooms were dirty and there was fecal matter spray on the bathroom walls. View all feedback.
This is a national chain so every shop will be the same. Milkshakes, sundaes, and the Tico favorite churchill are all a perfect sweet treat. There are a few better independent shops out there, but you will always find a pops wherever you are in the country.
The taste is really excellent for the Pops Ice cream, we love to go there and order different flavors for all family members, Vanilla Ice Cream, Coconut Ice Cream, Chocolate Milk Shake, etc. Highly recommended when the weather is Hot and humid (almost all year in Costa Rica) but when reach the 90 F, then it is a mandatory stop.

It is no the nicer McDonald's that you will visit, but they have all basics and it's clean.
Sizes are smaller but not prices, not very tasty burger and children menu fries size is was to small for the price.
