This restaurant offers delicious Peruvian cuisine and excellent service. The atmosphere is authentic, and the food is flavorful and beautifully plated, although it may not be as innovative as some contemporary Peruvian restaurants in Peru and other places. before we arrived at the restaurant, we looked at the reviews listed here and we almost do not go. what a shame that would have been. we have lived in costa rica for the last two years and we have tried all the best restaurants in the country as well as the best Peruvian rated restaurants in the country and none of them are even near la isabella here in la hacienda marriott in belen. this is the first Google review w... Excellent eating, beautiful atmosphere and personal.
Before we arrived at the restaurant, we looked at the reviews listed here and we almost do not go. what a shame that would have been. we have lived in costa rica for the last two years and we have tried all the best restaurants in the country as well as the best Peruvian rated restaurants in the country and none of them are even near la isabella here in la hacienda marriott in belen. this is the first Google review we have ever made out of a restaurant and we feel strong about doing it because it deserves. this experience was amazing when they know Peruvian food and the prices are better than in the city of san jose. if they have traveled here or lived here, they understand that costa rica is more expensive than they imagine. that's a good deal.
Excellent selection of oriented and great customer service
Service was too slow, food was okay. Would not recommend. There are much better restaurants in the area for this price point. Very disappointed.
Honestly very disappointed with the meal. Had the octopus for starter and it was burnt, then had the chicken in Chinese sause with French fries which wasn't bad, but didn't have much taste.
