This is a great location. It's still new, but everything works without a hitch. They have a great variety of toppings and seasonal flavors The place is clean from head to toe, even the restrooms. I went during the opening week promotions, on BOGO day, which was great because I made a pumpkin pie and pecan and praline cup and a separate cranberry raspberry tart and fruit cup yup, ate both myself. What Michelle Stuart doesn't like about Yogurtland:
This happened on 9/1/23 around 8:30. When I was waiting in line to pay the cashier was on her phone looked to be talking on her phone, when it was my turn to pay she asked if I wanted a receipt I said Yes loud and clearly, I finished paying, she said bye left to the back with two customers waiting to pay, and never received my receipt. I understand that there are family emergencies and hope that was the reason but sh... View all feedback.
Disgusting!! I am writing a second review because apparently my first review was reported by the business for being a competitor so I will clear up that I am a regular customer and in no way am associated to this location or any other location that may be in competition to this place. I have had multiple experiences with this location and all have been very bad. The place has been dirty with yogurt dripping off the machines, the owner is rude and the counters have been dirty with topping. I find it cynical that this location is attempting to remove honest reviews of their business to attempt to make it look better when it clearly needs to be cleaned more often and practice better business etiquette. The only positive experience I 've had at this location is the employees have been polite and kind but my review is based on the actual product and location.
Very unfriendly staff and they do not let you use the restrooms.
Located in the Renaissance Marketplace. My family wanted to get dessert after dinner. They love yogurt. The prices here are reasonable and there's no weigh Wednesdays, where you pay $7.99 for any size and weight. Our family picked out their favorites and we enjoyed our dessert.
Pretty standard yogurtland. Only complaint is that they really shouldn't let kids serve themselves. They are very messy and the kids are not very sanitary with the scoops, sometimes even grabbing the food with their hand. Maybe a sign that only adults can serve ? Yea takes your craving away
This was my first time in a yogurtland, but thankfully for the employees I had no trouble steering through their selections. A special employee, Maryna, helped me with my choices. She advised me which ones were the most picked my other customers. I ended up getting plain tart with blueberries and granola. Thee best yogurt I've ever had. I'm not going to lie, these reviews did scare me a little bit. But when I walked in it was very clean. And the employees were very professional. Their customer service was amazing. I love to make small talk with employees because there's a genuine connection when your shopping anywhere. Maryna was an excellent employee and she made me laugh so many times. Great job to the employees!!! Will definitely come back with my boyfriend next time!
