Wingstop - Feedback

What Savannah Taylor doesn't like about Wingstop:
2023Came back 5 years later because my daughter wanted to order. I did not order food, but my daughter ended up sending her wings back because they were too greasy.We were told we couldn 't get a refund because the owner had a family emergency, and to call Ray tomorrow.Also, all of the tables were dirty, and the floor looked as if it had not been swept all day. There was only us and one other person waiting on their order, so there was plenty of time to wipe things down.Once again...UGH2018DISAPPOINTING!!! The staff is very nice, but the wings are tough, tasteless and terrible, and the fries are like meh. DEFINITELY won 't be back under any circumstances. What Ares Galan Rodriguez likes about Wingstop:
I’m telling you half of these reviews have no idea what they are talking about. The atmosphere is great when you walk in, the wingstop employees are kind, and the food is amazing. Raymond was our host and was very helpful when it came to us deciding what to order.
