One of the employees seemed really disinterested in her job and made my sandwiches poorly, putting all the toppings in the middle while leaving the ends dry. I had to keep asking her to spread out the ingredients because she was quite stingy with everything. To make things worse, another staff member was in the lobby kissing her boyfriend while in uniform. Overall, it felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, and I won't be returning, especially after spending so much money.
