This was definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! The ?manager? marquese was extremely unprofessional upon my arrival at the drive thru and when I mentioned it there was absolutely no remorse and he continued to berude. Great restaurant! The customer service is excellent, and the food is always served promptly. The place is clean and well-maintained.
The drive-thru breakfast at Burger King is surprisingly impressive when compared to local competitors. If you don't act quickly to pull up the app on your phone, you might find yourself waiting for updates while cars behind you are honking impatiently. Additionally, by the time you manage to place your order, you might discover that your payment method has been removed during the app’s update. Overall, while Burger King stands out for breakfast on the go, the app experience could definitely be improved.
Beautiful, patient, helpful and friendly staff. The dining room is nice and clean. Eating is always hot and good. And they always get my order right.
