We frequent this location as it's right down the hill from our house. The staff is always friendly, food is always correct and hot. You should be very proud of your staff here. We have never had a bad experience at the Herculaneum DQ in all the years wehave been coming here. View all feedback.
What Vernon Rudolph doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
Dairy Queen isn't known for particularly good food more for their ice cream. But their burgers are not bad. Most of the people that work there are pretty friendly. We went ?o the one in Herculanium and had a very pleasant meal. View all feedback.
I ordered a #1 combo with a strawberry shake, great food burger actually looks like the picture and friendly staff.
Fantastic restaurant run by amazing people. Used the drive-thru to pick up some ice cream while driving thru Herculaneum. The person who waited on us was friendly and polite. The ice cream was delicious. Refreshing to see service and customer care be apriority. Will be visiting again next time in Herculaneum.
You truly came to my rescue! With my demanding 14-hour workdays, I had no time to organize my husband's birthday cake or dinner. I placed a large order along with a cake, and you all completed it in record time. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to write "Happy Birthday" on the cake, especially since I thought he would miss out on that since I planned everything so last minute. It was such a generous gesture that I didn't even ask for! The only thing that could have made my experience even better would be if you sold beer too, so I wouldn't have to stop somewhere else. Thank you so much!
We often visit this location since it's close to our home. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food always arrives correct and hot. You should be truly proud of your team here. In all the years we've been coming to the Herculaneum DQ, we have never had a bad experience.
I've visited this restaurant multiple times and never had a problem—until yesterday. When I went to pay, it felt like I was bothering the cashier. She told me my total, took my cash, and handed me my change without saying a word. I had only ordered a small chocolate cone, nothing special! I watched as several employees made shakes and drinks, wondering why no one was preparing my cone. After a few minutes, I was informed that they didn’t have the chocolate ready and it would take some time. I asked for my money back since I had to get to an appointment, but the cashier was very rude. She didn’t say anything and just tossed my money back at me. There are plenty of other Dairy Queens out there, and I think I’ll choose a different one from now on. Why can't people just be kind to each other? Where has the courtesy gone?
