What User doesn't like about Gradska Kafana Herceg Novi:
Tragödie is the only word I can use to describe this restaurant. Firstly, we had to wait 10 minutes just to be given a menu. Then, it took another 10 minutes for us to receive our uncooled white wine. The waiter suggested breadsticks as an appetizer, but never actually brought them to our table.
