What bruleclerc dislikes about Le Bluet:
Well, as I said in the title, it's still not terrible. The reception is correct, the staff is correct without more. For the kitchen, and well I'm not a fan, I've been three times already, but I've never been convinced. I pass on the entries, classics without great interest, even for desserts.
