So in advance: our cheese fondue was very delicious. the vaulted cellar offers a great ambiente. thick lob also for lighting. the service was very good.Great manko, at least from our own: if you go to eat two and how we want to taste different things, you have a problem with the main dishes: cheese fondue? goes only from two people. fleischfondue goes. raclette again only after pre-order on the day before. that are two thirds of the card that you cannot order spontaneously. Maybe you can make it better. otherwise all top and 5⭐.

We were here as a couple and have eaten and drank particularly delicious. On the menu you will find fondue variations and raclette as well as a large, well-sorted selection of regional weeps. we had fondue with bark, duck and garnel and great dips. The ambiente also convinced us, we come back!

A stylish vaulted cellar in the middle of Heppenheim. The atmosphere is super, to choose are fondue ( cheese and meat) and raclette. We have decided to vote for Chesefondue and we have absolutely no regret. very tasty mix of cheeses with hot water aroma, with perfect broth cubes. an absolute secret tip for the special experience.

What a flop!!! If I had read the recent reviews here beforehand, I would have saved myself the trip. I lived in Switzerland for a long time and was really looking forward to a real Swiss cheese fondue. The ambiance is lovely, the cheeses listed on the menu were perfect – but that was it. What we were served as Original Swiss Cheese Fondue was an insult to the dish: an incredibly viscous cheese mush, topped with a centimeter-thick layer of fat, with neither nutmeg nor kirsch. The flavor was so mild that I seriously doubt the cheeses listed were actually used. When I read in other reviews here that criticism is dismissed with: That 's how it has to be with a real Swiss cheese fondue, it 's nothing less than making the guest look stupid. But we weren 't even asked, and the service only added to this miserable experience: we sat for over 40 minutes with empty plates. No one asked if everything was okay, if we enjoyed our meal, if we wanted our empty drinks refilled, or if we wanted dessert. Conclusion: I will never eat there again. Too much money for lousy food and poor service. I recommend: Buy yourself a caquelon (cheese fondue pot), find a tried-and-tested recipe online, and make it yourself. It will definitely taste worlds better than what you 'll be served there!

Beautiful vaulted cellar, delicious food, but they stipulate that sharing food isn't allowed. Only after we said we'd get up and leave if we were forced to order more dishes was our request granted, allowing us to order four dishes (two starters and two main courses) and share them among four people. Communication was a bit poor here!
