I had a vegetarian dish with fried noodles, a soy sauce stir fry with fresh veggies and 6 spring rolls. I specified it to be vegan just to make sure and the woman seemed to unterstand. Plate was of a good size and dirt cheap (5,50). I was also happy with my miso soup as a starter which was vegan after asking. Drinks were also priced way below average for a restaurant. They also have vegan sushi. View all feedback.
What amysworld doesn't like about Asiaexpress Oishiibar:
We were ordering vegan stir fried noodles with fresh vegetables and tofu. The waitress pointed out that the tofu is homemade and it REALLY was very tasty. A no-go was that our noodles had little egg pieces in it although the waitress herself ensured us that all is vegan. She herself said without egg . It 's a pity that after that we couldn 't trust the restaurant 's information anymore and didn 't order anything else... View all feedback.
As pointed out already: the vegan food isn 't labelled, so you gotta ask what is vegan or can be veganized. And you cannot rely on the allergen information; or on common sense: on our second visit we had fried rice with veggies and spring rolls, trusted the allergen list that there aren 't any eggs or dairy in it and thought the owner might understand what 's important to us when we asked if the saté sauce is vegan; we ended up with egg in our egg-free fried rice with vegan sauce. And even the dishes that were (probably) vegan weren 't convincing: the noodles with tofu and veggies lacked flavor. The avocado and mango salad is mostly lettuce with some avocado and mango pieces thrown onto it. And the vegan sushi platter also seemed very lackluster, the maki rolls fell apart when looking at them too intensely and the tray is rather useless if you want to sit down somewhere outside and dip your maki in soy sauce because it doesn 't have a compartment for the soy sauce. That last point might seem petty, hell, the last three points ARE petty, compared to getting egg in a dish that isn 't supposed to contain any egg, especially after asking for the condiment to be vegan. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to any vegans. And I 'll reiterate my question: Why is this even here? Might as well add every pizzeria that is willing to not put cheese on their pizza, that 's just as valid.

Very good recommendation for vegans. Asian with vegan options owners are always very friendly . I had never had problems before.
I had a vegetarian dish with roasted noodles, a soy sauce with fresh vegetables and 6 spring rolls. I specified it to be vegan, just to make sure, and the woman seemed under. Plate was cheap from a good size and dirt (5,50). I was also happy with my miso soup as an appetizer that was vegan after the question. Beverages were also estimated under the average for a restaurant. They also have vegan sushi.
What a wonderful place. Unfortunately, the sushi cook was sick and so we ate from the warm card. Madness. So delicious. Also the service so friendly. They were so happy that we stayed, even though we had made a long trip to the sushi. This food is worth the long journey. If we didn't live that far away, I'd be there all the time. Price performance top.
