It used to be a pleasant, clean place to eat and get ice cream. Now, whenever I go in to get ice cream, the machines they make the shakes with are dripping with whatever flavor everyone else got. And then they hand you the cup still wet and stuckey from everything that dripped out while mixing. Would love to see this place clean up and take a little pride in their presentation of the workspace and cleanliness. View all feedback.

Always enjoy stopping by to get a quick snack. Served quickly. Snack was great for the road trip.

I love Braum's! It is great quality inexpensive food. The ice cream and the fries have continued to amaze me. A few things that I want to point out: 1) quality of the burgers has declined. To me it is the flatness of the bun. 2) they really don't handle peaks if ordering as well anymore. Not enough cooking staff or not the experience level. 3) SOME of the stores are not as. Lean as they should be. No one directly responsible for cleaning of the dinner seating, is apparent. Braum's is still amazing, we all need it to watch these kind of things. Quality, not cost should be the driver.
