Food was better than usual. We had gyro, roast turkey ranch bacon sandwich, curly fries crinkle fries. The speaker didn't work making the drive thru frustrating. But the food made up for it.

It's hit or miss with this arbys. Had an arbys roast beef craving Sunday, but after 25 minutes in drive thru I had to leave. Got it today after work and it was pretty good, but it's been better in the past. No consistency on quality of food and service

I love Jamocha milkshakes and good food prepared by polite employees. I upgraded my previous rating from One Star that I gave because I was told that the milkshake machine was down. Today I got my milkshake and all food was freshly prepared and .

Ordered the classic roast beefy sandwich, not as the pictured in the ad/website, sandwich not hot, curly fries not hot. Had to wait to get the order and food not hot. The meat was thin as usual but there were 6 slices of paper thin roast beef. No more!!!! No more of my going to support Arby’s. Use to be a delicious sandwich. The classic is for a kid.

I convinced a family member to go try the fish sandwich because it is top tier and delicious. When she received her order after a 10 minute wait, her bread was CHARRED and her fries were COLD. It is unbelievable how a food establishment can boldly serve a customer anything with CHARRED bread. Einsteins this makes the whole thing have a burned taste. Arby’s is too expensive for this experience to have happened.
