I’m giving one star for the hot dog, which... read more I don't typically write reviews, but when my family and I are disappointed, I feel compelled to share my experience. I’m giving one star for the hot dog, which my brother said was the only truly tasty item on the menu and was cooked perfectly. However, the dining room floor was smelly and sticky, as if they had mopped it with trash bags on the ground. The doors were covered in grease, giving the impression that we were dining in a dumpster. On a positive note, the staff was polite.

The sandwich wrapper was grimy and seemed like it had been used before, with leftover cheese still inside. We didn't eat anything and ultimately ended up throwing it all in the trash.

The first time, they forgot my drink, and this time, they left... read more This is my second experience with Hardee's delivery, and unfortunately, it's been disappointing. The first time, they forgot my drink, and this time, they left out the chicken biscuit and the condiments. When I called to report the issue, they suggested I come to pick up the missing items. It doesn’t seem fair to resolve a mistake they made by asking me to go there after opting for delivery. Now, I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a refund. I'm really not impressed.
