A major drawback is that the coupons from the app can't be used due to the lack of a scanner. I thought this was standard practice in stores by now.

I'm a frequent Subway customer and I'm usually always satisfied, but this branch, at least my one time experience, was one of the worst so far. However, the clerk was friendly, and at first glance, the tables were clean, which is why I'm giving it two stars.
