What William Selway dislikes about Shell:
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. When I pointed out that our coffees didn't match what we paid for, the staff member insisted it wasn't possible, even after we showed him the receipts. He wouldn't accept our explanation. While it's just £9.30 for the coffees, the way they handled the situation was unacceptable. Don't expect good service from this team. View all feedback.

It's a garage. A bit on the pricey side but the choice is OK. Bit of a mix of staff, some are really nice but others are a bit rude and will be on the phone with someone else or otherwise distracted. Nothing too offensive though.

Diesel and petrol along with the premium varieties available here. The pumps are for regular sized vehicles only and no HGV Speed Pumps at this station. They have the usual selection of food for you to grab on your way through and some alcohol on sale.
