They make an effort to source their hops locally whenever possible, which can be challenging. Richard employs various techniques, such as dry-hopping, barrel-aging, and incorporating fresh fruits, to create beers that are both accessible and intriguing. Additionally, the company actively supports the restoration of Lake Hendricks and the nearby campground. It's a top-notch brewery in a charming small-town setting.
