I haven't had the chance to visit Bank Brewing from Philadelphia yet, but if Hop Bandit is any reflection of their quality, it's definitely going on my bucket list.
I am so excited that my husband and I found this brewery! It's absolutely worth a trip to Hendricks. The sour beers are outstanding, and the staff made us feel completely at home.
The Walleye Chop is the highlight of the beer selection at this restaurant. The barrel-aged porters and stouts are truly outstanding.
This brewery offers delightful, easily drinkable beers that are incredibly fresh, with new varieties released every month along with enjoyable events. They make an effort to source their hops locally whenever possible, which can be challenging. Richard employs various techniques, such as dry-hopping, barrel-aging, and incorporating fresh fruits, to create beers that are both accessible and intriguing. Additionally, the company actively supports the restoration of Lake Hendricks and the nearby campground. It's a top-notch brewery in a charming small-town setting.
