Wendy's - Hendersonville

Wendy’s consistently provides a great experience, and I’m a huge fan of their Asian chicken ranch sandwich—it’s definitely one of the tastiest items available. The nuggets I tried this time were also excellent and unique compared to what I’m used to. This location was clean, and the staff were efficient and pleasant.

I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to all the staff at Wendy's who were working today. They faced unbelievable challenges with long lines both inside and outside the restaurant, as well as a mix of app orders and personal orders. If I hadn't used my deal for a takeout order, I would have had no idea what this crew was going through. Although the staff changed shifts before I arrived, the team that was there continued to give their best effort. The customers waiting inside seemed calm, and I hope that continues for them. I have a lot of respect for Wendy's employees. By the way, our order was fantastic and delicious!

This is the best Wendy's I've been to in years, and I've traveled throughout the Southeast. The fries were actually fresh, and everything was well-stocked. The management should definitely keep this team! It would be great if the place had a bit more ambiance, but I'm still impressed with the fries.

Slow service. LaJaun or cashier was less than happy to help me. He wanted to give us the wrong order. He had to ask several times what we ordered. I thanked him every time he spoke to us, he never spoke to us or thanked us. No word. The women's room was made of towel. It ran out when I was there. I came out and a big, nice young black gentleman was kind and recognized me. He even brought me paper towels. My Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe was very good and as I ordered. My husband didn't take care of the chili cheeses we mediocre. Frost was very good. The sun wasn't good at all. It was melted and the cookies were too big. It wasn't the greatest experience. The young man who helped with the paper towels should be told how kind he was. LaJaun might need a remedial training. I can or may not return.

Much better than last year. Clean and efficient and quick service. Love their always fresh salads!
