Taco Bell - Hendersonville

I visit this location once a week for either lunch or dinner and have always had a good experience until now. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and requested taco sauce three times, but I didn't receive either the burrito or the sauce. I'm quite disappointed!

The interior of the restaurant is rarely open. They don't seem to do their job effectively, as they often don't pay attention when you place an order. You end up being directed to several employees with microphones who will ask you what sauce you'd like, but you'll only receive your food without any additional items.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The cashier during the night shift was incredibly rude; she didn't allow us to finish placing our order and kept interrupting us. When we finally received our food, it was disappointing and tasted stale, completely unlike what we usually expect. I really hope they improve! This is unacceptable!

Says they close at midnight, employees confirmed they close at midnight, multiple times I?ve orders on the app as early as 10 and get there and they tell me the grills off, they can?t make my food, they?re closing early, and because I?ve ordered on theapp I?ve never received the refund. I don?t know if the employees are processing cash refunds or just keeping the food, or justwant to close early. Either way the app the managers and the store need to get the hours together. I get it?s late.. I work lateit?s the only place open after a certain time in Hendersonville. I would appreciate some consistency and my money back.
