OK, I'm done with Ray's Crabcake Factory! Once again, I showed up during their posted business hours, only to find the lights off and the doors closed. For all I know, they might be out of business, but there is neither sign nor explanation on the door. If Ray doesn't care enough to show up at his place of business, then I don't either. Closest thing around to crab cakes back home in NH/MA.
Very good. The crab dip was fantastic. But.... Very expensive and I personally like to see and taste the crab in my crab cakes.
