I had a traditional round pepperoni and mushroom very good pizza I also ordered wings that could have cooked a little longer for my liking that's not a complaint they were really good. The service was very helpful and friendly. View all feedback.
What Nate Young doesn't like about Pi-squared Pizza:
Was a frequent customer. I will never order from them again. Rude person on the phone took my order. Was in such a rush to get me off the phone they didn't listen. When I went to pick up the order was not correct. Waited 35 minutes to remake a cheese calzone. I am pretty sure they made it wrong twice and the third time was the charm Meantime my other food got cold. No offer to refund or make it right. Asked for a man... View all feedback.

Worst customer service ever.
Pizza was so delicious! They have vegan cheese which I very much appreciate. The employees were so kind and even brought out a cold water bowl for my dog. Pictured is the fig-et about it and a build your own with vegan cheese.
Phenomenal experience: A+ on all fronts from a very difficult crowd. Our family came in late, after a funeral. We were tired, sad, exhausted from last-minute travel, and we needed the impossible: closing-time pizza that could please a vegan, a paleo-carnivore, someone with GI issues, and someone on a diet. But every single person was happy with what they got—this was some of the best pizza and kindest service we’ve had in years. Staff were so patient in making recommendations, and caring ensuring that one family-member (a cane-user got in and out of the store safely and could sit where he would be comfortable. Pizzas themselves were fantastic: detroit deep dish has a great crisp crust. Even the center of the pie was crisp, no sogginess, nice balance of our toppings throughout. Our vegan thought their cheese substitute was a step above and liked the range of veggies in her pie; her Paleo partner was equally happy with his pizza that had all the meats. Staff found out we were traveling and made sure we had all the tableware and silverware we needed to make meals work in our hotel rooms. We were even offered custard samples (delicious! and our wait was super short—maybe 12 minutes? Most of all, I appreciate that they did all of this even though we showed up as they were cleaning up! I work in retail and I try never to be that last-minute customer, but every member of the staff was so gracious. Thank you for making an unexpected bright spot at the end of a really, really hard day. Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy cheese and GF crust; huge range of customizability to allow you to avoid many common food triggers. Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and path to door are all flat, allowing you to avoid the curbs. The door to enter is very wide, enough for an individual in a wheelchair to roll through or be rolled through. Seating was at an appropriate height and had enough clearance underneath that someone in a wheelchair could sit at most tables. Our cane-user was able to move around freely and to get up safely from the table despite needing to brace himself.
Hi, my name is Lindsay. My family and I recently visited pi Squared Hendersonville and were disappointed. Despite informing the staff that our son is diabetic, the manager, Steve, insisted on giving us custard samples. We accepted them out of politeness but had to throw them away, which upset our son. Steve's attitude was dismissive and not welcoming. The food, especially the Figit pizza, was good, but the overall experience was disappointing. Sorry.
