Mcalister's Deli - Hendersonville

We travel about 50 mins on special occasions just to visit this location. Since the pandemic, like most businesses, they've faced staffing shortages. However, the staff that remained have been devoted. At times there was just 3 or 4 people working and they were still kind and attentive. We appreciate them and their dedication to good service! We will continue making the 2 hour round trip to see them!

Placed a pick up order of 2 bowls of soup plus 2 sandwiches. Arrived, paid, and received food. Luckily I checked the order before I left the restaurant because the soups were missing. Finally got the attention of a worker who told me they were out of soup. When I questioned why I was charged for items they did not have I was told she couldn?t refund my money. I had to ask for a manager to get the situation resolved. Very disappointing to pay $40 for food but only receive half the order. At the very least they should have notified me they were out of soup and not charged me. Likely won?t be back to this location. Terrible customer service.

Our first experience was rough. But they made up for it, we have had 2 delicious visits and are looking forward to the next! The Blt is excellent with an herb mayo, they also use avocado, but I skip the avocado on it, great sandwich!

Absolutely amazing it's been 10 years since I've had pastrami and the new Yorker hit the spot it was so juicy I recommend napkins or a bib. The service was amazing also they made sure we had everything thing we needed and refills are free these are the best fresh deli cut sandwiches ever.

I stopped by for free club day and ended up thoroughly impressed by the customer service and speed of service. The manager and cashiers were friendly walking around making sure everybody was taken care of. My club was delicious along with the amazing broccoli cheddar soup. Please bring back oreo cheesecake!
