Jet's Pizza has more than pizza. I bought a meatball Jetzee, which is a sandwich made of meatballs between a pair of thick pizza crusts. This was very messy, but I took all the napkins I wanted! The sandwich was very tasty. There are other sandwich meals. The store is pretty stark and I would not call it pleasant or even comfortable for eating in. View all feedback.

The pizza is good but the service is not so good. I called 25 min before they closed and they never answered the phone. The last two times I’ve order from them they got it wrong. ? View all feedback.
This location has no customer service. The last two times our order was delivered incorrectly. I was told I could pick it up or a refund. I had to drive to the site and had to pay the $5.99 delivery fee they refused to pay back.
The worst delivery ever. My delivery was scheduled for 9:10 and I received no notifications or calls that it was 30 minutes EARLY. So they left my pizza on my porch and all these ants were in the box when I came out of the shower! I'll never order from here again!
For a place that is not in the dune, they should at least deliver until they close. Even if you order something, it should be the right pizza, especially if they repeat it again. Pizza was fine, so I give them at least one star, but if we go with the service, it would be 0 stars
Such a shame. I and my family actually enjoy their pizza, definitely not the best pizza, but its good ones. However, we will not go back to our last experience in this store. We called the store and asked if we could use a BOGO voucher. After talking to Garret on the phone, he assured us that we could use it, but we had to come to the store and it could not be used for delivery. We said that was good and gave him our order. After we arrived at the store to pick up our order, the manager Garret said that we could no longer use the coupons on the pizza we ordered.?? He said he'd throw out the pizza instead of honoring the voucher he had just said we could use it. If this is the case how the managers act in this place, I cannot imagine how other employees treat our food/service under his watch. Go to one of the other pizzas around there are so many who have so much better pizza and exceptional service.
NEGATIVE 5 STARS HORRENDOUS PRICES, QUALITY, SERVICE, DELIVERY, AND INCOMPETENCE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I was order #31 today. The original delivery time provided was an hour after I ordered, with a chance of delay due to peak business times (dinner rush). I spent $45 on three pizzas (1 large, one deep dish, and one small), a 2 liter of Mountain Dew, and a box with breadsticks, a price I generically would have no issue with. They then charged me $5 in delivery fees, which is my main issue, that we'll get to soon. I waited that hour, and strictly at the promised time, they sent me a message through Door Dash that my order would be arriving in another hour. My family doesn't want to wait that long for pizza, so I try to call the place to cancel my order. I was left on hold for almost 5 minutes and gave up because they had a looped advertisement that made me irritated. We waited out the hour, and I had complications with Door Dash about 10 minutes before the second delivery. It arrived an hour and 10 minutes after it was supposed to come and my order turned out to be wrong. My mom ordered an Aloha BBQ Chicken Pizza. She was disappointed in the lack of pineapple on her pizza, which is supposed to be on it according to the menu. 2 out of 3 of our pizzas were supposed to have pineapple, and 1 of those didn't. My pizza had the pineapple that was ordered but came without BBQ sauce, which I had to specify because it was a build your own. The main issue with the prices is that I have no idea where my delivery fees went, potentially robbing the Door Dash driver. I did not order through Door Dash, and they made me pay this fee directly to them. They informed me that the driver could be 3rd party, but the way they handled the cost is sketchy. I left a $5 tip in advance, which I don't believe this place deserves. I want at a $10 refund, at the very least, for those reasons, an apology for the mistakes on the pizza and the lack of proper communication, and to perhaps see more compensation for the last two errors. I am never this angry over a messed-up order but paying a total of $63 for mediocre, INCORRECT, and LATE pizza is an absolute rip-off.
