They have come a long way with their coffee drinks. The cold brew with foam is great. My mom hates cold and sweet coffee... I bought her one and told her to just try it. She loves it! Right now they have a coupon any size coffee drink (some restrictions) for $2 (w/coupon). Some Duncan's have a medium coffee drink (w/restrictions) for $2 without a coupon. Give them a chance...they are cheaper than Starbucks! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The person in the front is super sarcastic and not nice. Every single time I have gone the food has been disgusting and my order is always wrong. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT order the chicken biscuit. I took one tiny bite and realized that the chicken was bad and very rubbery. View all feedback.
No surprise why Dunkin donuts does not do very well out here in Tennessee. Another example of another Dunkin’ Donuts that messed up my order, literally, every single time. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they put the cream cheese in the bag instead of on the bagel and didn’t even give me a knife to spread it or napkin to wipe my hands after spreading it with my fingers. I’ve been a lifelong Dunkin guy for over 30 years. Every time lately I’ve been saying no more. I don’t care for the coffee at Starbucks but they’ve never once ever messed up my order. Dunkin leadership get your life together if you want to be successful anywhere but New England.

Want to take a moment and recognize the beautiful ladies who work today at the Indian lake. I came for a DoorDash and the waiting period was over 30 minutes, unfortunately. However, 3 employees on a Sunday morning is a failure in the name of Dunkin and NOT their employees. There were 30 customers in the store along with DoorDash pickups and more than 10 cars in the drive thru. They kept their composure and cleared the waiting time and mobile orders with ease. I work in a very extensive culinary area and have nothing but respect for these ladies. A special scream-out to the young African American lady who broke out endless fire and still smiled at every customer who went into the door. I didn't take her name, but her professionalism and patience is very venerable.
Who is this place managed by. Why am I sitting at the speaker for over 5 minutes without any type of acknowledgment? It's basic drive thru protocol. I'd say it'd be better to go inside but that'd be a lie. They just walk back and forth without so much as a glance.
Unfortunately there seems to be no management on site. I was in the middle of an order and was told to hold on then was greeted again a few minutes later as if I wasn’t in the middle of the order. The order was completely wrong and we received no receipt after being charged for multiple items we did not order.
