Culver's is a great restaurant. I always order the shrimp dinner, everything is super fresh and we will make it. And the staff is super friendly. You have so many possibilities for milkshakes and malt!
I love this place! The best burgers and FRIES of all times! The crew is great! I came to 10/25 and 10/26 and the guys from Tuesday night crew were great, they all welcomed us accordingly and we received our order in a timely way. Then on Wednesday night crew of cashier Rowan delivered exceptional service while you check us out! When it comes to customer service, these guys are even better than Chick-fil-A. Go on! I will definitely be back!
I'm disgusting and outraged. This is my first time. I went to Mt. Juliet's place. Since I'm waiting for my dinner, my fiancé tells me that many people come back with their orders because it's wrong. I'm just saying I'll check the bag before we go. So I'm starting to watch two more people bring their food back. The server took the food and put it back to serve customers. I asked for a manager who thought the employee might not have been properly trained. I say Tyler is the manager, one of the people who returned food customers to serve other customers. So I ask Tyler they are trained to do this and they totally ignore me. My fiancée asked for our money back. Tyler returned the money and continued to serve the customer. He did not take it as an opportunity to correct the problem, but proceeded as if it were customary for them. I'll never come back.
Food was really good, unfortunately half the order was forgotten and fortunately my husband caught it. Didn't have the big drink of my husband (he was brought with a medium-sized drinking cup) or the water bottle of my son (he said he would be brought a cup to fill in the well when I paid for a bottle of water, but fortunately the girl brought a bottle of water) everything else was okay, maybe it's because I ordered over my phone? Burger was very good, cheese curds, eh. There was no option for Vanille Custard on online order. Take care of what is being brought out of here when ordering.
I know it's a Friday night, and I know they are busy, but when we have to wait for 15-20 minutes for food and another long time for ice cream at a fast-food restaurant while employees stand around, there's a slight problem with their operation. Watching the flow of their work, too, we got the distinct impression that the carryout and drive-thru orders were priority. This is completely backwards from what it should be. Plus, my order was wrong, even though I repeated it several times.
