Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hendersonville

Went to the Hendersonville location today for lunch, ordered to kids meals with steak. Steak was not even warm, was already down the road in traffic and couldn't turn around. Tried calling and recording said to chat. First thing off you get a robot, asked for a live chat, got a person, that told me they don't compensate and redo meals. Wow spend $10 on a meal and you can't make it right for the meat being cold and sitting there for awhile. Not sure what kind of company this is that don't make things right. I will be contacting corporate about this to see what they have to say, if I go back will definitely not order on the app and go in and make them cook it fresh so i can see it being cooked. Best thing to do is check food before you leave with it if you order on app or something.

Let me start by saying that I LOVE Chipotle. But this location seems to be having issues. The only way I can describe the food is that it doesn't seem thoughtfully prepared with any sort of care. On several occasions I've gotten the steak in a burrito bowl/regular burrito and it's always had an above average amount of gristle. Last time I went I ordered extra queso and the cup barely had any in it. If you have the chance to go to a different Chipotle location, you should. This location isn't a great representation of the quality that the brand is known for.

Avoid this place at all costs. I opened up my box to a quesadilla that looks like it was dropped on the ground. Absolutely disgusting. This is the worst Chipotle I 've ever been to. Awful service.

YALL DO NOT GO HERE Go to the Taco Bell across the street and save yourself from overpriced, mediocre food and awful service. I experienced some of the most terrible customer service I have ever had by the people that work here and the food was cold and bland.I understand it's difficult work and a lot of the employees are younger but that's no excuse for being rude. Seriously DO NOT GO

Stopped for lunch. Service was fine and the chicken burrito was solid as well. Main issue was when I filled up my cup at the ice machine and got some lemonade. Sat down and after a few gulps realized there were chunks of mold floating in my cup.
