only been a few times, figured I would try online ordering so it'd be ready when I got there. I arrived to a pretty dead store and the customer in front of me was taking a very long time to order. The chicken salad on a croissant is reprocessed so that it has the consistency of pate. The chicken has no additional taste improvements such as apple cubes or pecans or walnuts. It can not only be breast meat because I pieces in chicken leg tendons. Don't waste your money or your time.

I am a huge fan of Chicken Salad Chick! Always really good service and great food.
I got the Kickin Kay Lynne, which was advertised as being very spicy, but ended up being rather bland. Like seriously, the pickle I got with it was spicier. Other than that the potato soup I got was nice, and the staff was friendly. Not my kind of place, but nice for what it is.
