The Mongolian grills were my introduction to Asian cuisine. You choose your food from an open food bar, vegetables and meat (bef, pork, poultry, seafood), fill a bowl as full as possible. The cooks then take your selection and grill it and return it to your table. Add to that your choice of sauce and the result is some of the most beautiful Asian cuisine ever. I had been looking forward to trying Bonfire for a few weeks. You sit and place your order for the size bowl and if you want noodles or rice. Then you go up to a buffet style line and fill your bowl. It was just hard to get over the condition of how the food looks raw and slapping it all together into the bowl. Overall it was just OK. It's not bad and it wasn't knocking no socks off.
