What Paul Fellenger doesn't like about Kilwins Hendersonville:
$6.25 for the smallest single scoop of ice cream I 've ever paid for. I asked if it was a kiddie cone. Only got dirty looks back from the useless staff. Unless you can 't resist going for the name brand , there are many better options.Based on the owners response, an apology but not really... I get that you justify a premium price for a premium product . However, I went there with a group of 8. Most of us got a single scoop. My scoop was significantly smaller than all the others. I even held it up to the others and asked if I got the kiddie size. The response was only an eye roll. Maybe you should do some training. Just a thought.
My most FAVORITE place for ice cream! The Toasted Coconut is THE BEST! There are several Kilwins and they are all AMAZING!! I visit them in every city I see them in!

Yum!!! Every single item we purchased was delicious! A huge variety. I could have also spent hours just watching them make their goodies.
