Pecks Pantry Patisserie

Their banoffee pie  is the reason I go here. There is a family size one but I buy the small one which is actually plenty for two people I mostly share it. Everything about this pie is perfection. Not too sickly sweet delicious.

I grew up with this bakery as I lived like 5 mins walk away. I have since moved away from the area but still love coming back here. Still the same owners which says alot in itself. The prices have gone up over the years but that is probably due to inflation, I remember when the Chocolate Caramel Slices were a $1! That is one of my all time favourite slices, though the Raspberry Slice and Ginger Slice are also my other fav's from here. Still my most favourite pies also. The Steak and Cheese is great, also the Potato Top. But I have tried most of the pies from here over the years and they are all still tasty and the same recipe no doubt. Probably also why I like it so much it hasn't changed. The place was updated a few years back and is always clean. If you are in the area, I would recommend you stop in!

They have got the BEST PIES! Their broccoli and mushroom is just amazing, I’ve had that a minimum of thrice a week, I travel for it especially! Great permanent addition to their daily pies especially for all the vegetarians out there. And, their steak bacon cheese one is my partner’s absolute favourite! GOOD JOB GUYS! Best bakery in West Auckland. You cannot go wrong with their pies, donuts, sandwiches etc. I know longer live on Palomino but will drive over from Glen Eden if my children or I feel like bakery food. Been the same family running my whole life. Awesome people
