The woman who works at the drive-thru is incredibly kind and has a charmingly quirky personality. Her cheerful voice on the intercom always puts a smile on my face. She makes you feel welcome and is always enthusiastic about trying new things with the menu. Food rating: 5/5. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
This place is decent if you aren't concerned about the quality or quantity of food. They put about five tiny shreds of lettuce on my taco and a tiny scoop of what I can only call meat. However, it's a nice atmosphere for dining since it's usually quiet. Overall, I would rate the food 2 out of 5. View all feedback.
Love this location. They're always super nice and amazing, and I have only had 1 issue with the food in the 3 years I've been going there
So at the drive-thru menu I was greeted by a sing-songey voice saying “Happy Halloween, what can we make fresh for you? and I replied Happy Halloween back and began starting my order asking questions about the grilled cheese burrito combo. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window there was an older white woman with black hair dressed up as an angel waiting there. I assumed that she was probably the one who was talking to me earlier and I complimented her costume saying “Wow, you’re an angel- that’s so cool!”. She proceeded to purse up her lips, acted like she couldn’t see me and wouldn’t speak to me when I tried to greet her. She just held out her hand to take my card for payment while acting like that. The whole exchange was very awkward, unprofessional and it personally felt racist. She was just being so friendly and talkative at the drive-thru menu and pretty much gave me the cold shoulder when she saw me at the window. Now we don’t personally know each other and I don’t go out of my way to be rude to fast-food workers so it was surprising to get that reaction unprovoked especially after giving a compliment of all things... that was the first time I got treated like that here because the employees are usually friendly. Faith, you need retraining because you don 't work in the customer service industry and treat people like that. To the other employee who delivered my food after she silently walked away acting like that- you 're awesome and you did a great job.
Food took 30 minutes to make and when I received it all of it was lukewarm to cool. Very disappointed won't go back to that location again.Food: 2/5
Stay away unless you have at least 30 mins to wait for your order that they will jack up 3times in a row. Because nobody understands I want a Mexican pizza and a Pepsi. It's not hard it's not a trick question it's a Mexican pizza and a Pepsi. No taco no combo nothing 3xtra a pizza and a Pepsi. Took them 3 trys and they still.jacked my order up and the lady said I'm sorry I'm working alone. What the hell dose not understanding 3nglish have to do with working alone. Just stay away from here
I stopped by the restaurant because my driver's side window was malfunctioning, and it turned out to be a big mistake! They were clearly understaffed and were juggling both dine-in and drive-thru customers. To make matters worse, their freezer was down at the time, but there were no notifications about it on their touchscreen ordering system. This meant guests could still order frozen items, only to find out later that those drinks were unavailable. While the staff was apologetic about the wait, they didn’t seem to make an effort to double-check orders for accuracy. It feels like they have issues but don't communicate them to customers before they place their orders.
