Fastest drive- thru in town!!! Never had a wrong order and I go there at least 2x a week.

Used the mobile app from home and ordered our meal and paid before heading to McDonald's. Love it, there's no waiting and you can either pick it up curbside, drive-through, or at the counter. McDonald's app is user friendly and allows you to use your points and daily coupons for discounts. Food was hot and staff are nice.

The worst mcds I have ever been to. The food is TERRIBLE AND OLD !! The workers Are GEHHTOOO and rude no one there knows how to say hi or what. The black guy working the 2nd window late nights doesn't even say hi he just throws the food at you. FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER

Went to this location to buy a strawberry sunday and the young lady at the window, told me in a rude way; we don't have any more strawberry sunday's since COVID; I just asked in the window while paying, why, the young lady closed the window in a very rude matter. This happen around 8:25pm in the 2217 N Green Valley Location, in Henderson NV 89014 on 04/06/24. Very rude, will not come to this location no more.

This McDonald's is normally pretty fast and efficient with customer service until today. I ordered online a sausage egg McMuffin meal to be delivered to my house which arrived pretty much on time and everything was fine. I begin eating my sandwich and I am almost finished when I start hearing crunching coming from my mouth. I thought maybe it was an overcooked egg so I continued until I started feeling sharpness... I spit out everything I was eating until I figured out what I was eating.. tell me why there was MULTIPLE EGG SHELLS in my food. Insane.
