What User doesn't like about Port Of Subs:
Only white or wheat bread. App did not reflect this so that I was called an order when it should have been ready that they did not have bread. The app was confusing. We weren't recognized for 20 minutes when we came in. The staff helped everyone else and ignored us waiting on the pick-up line. I placed a last-minute order here, and it was my first experience with this restaurant. They were out of one ingredient, which was understandable, but they also forgot to add my avocado spread to my sandwich. Despite these minor issues, I wholeheartedly recommend this sandwich spot. It has a unique flavor that sets it apart from other sub places. I ordered two large Turkey Provolone Cheese sandwiches with all the delicious toppings they offer. I will definitely be back!
Is it just me, or does the manager have a serious attitude problem? He always seems curt and irritated, as if my presence is more of an inconvenience to him. Ordering a sandwich shouldn’t make you feel this uncomfortable. This has been my experience every time I've been there. Yet, some other reviewers claim he’s friendly—really? It’s hard to believe. On a positive note, the ladies at the end were incredibly nice, which reminded me of when you get grounded by one parent and the other comes to comfort you. Another plus was that the ingredients were really fresh, much better than other places like Subway. I suppose you can’t have it all these days... is that too much to ask?
I had a great experience at this sandwich shop! The service was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was well-prepared. I couldn't ask for anything more from a sandwich shop. Even though there's a Port-O-Subs closer to my home, I prefer coming to this one because of its superior quality. I learned that this location is corporate-owned, while the one near me is a franchise. It's nice to know that the corporate location maintains such high standards.
This is my favorite sandwich shop in town. I love that they have a reward points system to work towards a free sandwich (unlike the other large chain sandwich shop in town). Not only that, but they make my order exactly how I like it. I have a crush on the manager, Kareem, so it's even better when he makes it for me! The staff always greets and jokes around with me, which is something I really like. I would highly recommend coming here.
I went to 7/26/22 at 15:20 and the ladies were absolutely fantastic. They went over and over thanks! The sub was great as usual.
