What MRS doesn't like about Oyster:
I've been here before. We stopped in for appetizers only as I was craving oysters. I only come for the charbroiled oysters. The last time I was here, they were excellent! This time, not so much. Looked nothing like they advertise. They had way too much breading and zero flavor. Also, we had to request a menu, which was strange since they didn't have one you could download. Fresh oysters and delicious charbroil oysters. Great place for a quick bite.

Julian, the chef and bartender handles most everything with hospitality excellence. Atmosphere is challenging due to the loud music and deafening waterfall features. However, we were able to sit in the most private corner away from the water. Food and beverage management at the Sunset Station would do well to staff the Brass Fork for the post church crowd.
I 've been going to this oyster bar for as long as Sunset Station has been around. My Dad and I use to get a couple dozen oysters and a bowl of Clam Chowder. I miss those times with my Dad.. RIP Pops
First time trying gulf oyster. Very meaty- for those who like meaty oysters it would be amazing
